I went to Huffines Subaru yesterday in effort to test drive what I was SURE would be my next car, the WRX STI.Everybody acted like I was invisible, that is until a younger employee approached me.
He asked if I had been helped, I replied no and informed him of my intention. He refused to let me test drive the vehicles. He said that they don't let people test drive those cars unless they run your credit and you intend to buy. I asked him how I'm supposed to know I want to buy a car I've never driven, and got no reply.
I only saw WRXs on the lot, and asked him if they has any STIs. He said no, so I said then I'm not ready to buy.
(I hate cast iron brake calipers) He swiftly responded that he could have an STI in 24 hours, walked away, and never came back.
I would say that it's the worst service I ever had, but I didn't receive any service whatsoever!!!I still intend on buying an STI, but for some reason Subaru dealerships don't want to sell the car that made them famous!
